Skandagiri Night Trek

Trail description

A pre-dawn climb near Chikkaballapur north of Bengaluru, from Papagni Mutt up a rocky path past an old fort wall to the summit of Skandagiri at 1,450 m, to watch the sunrise above a sea of clouds. Treks must be booked online with the Karnataka Forest Department and numbers are limited. Bring a torch.
