A 1.9 km climb of about 250 m from Harshewadi in Nashik district up the ridge to the famous rock-cut staircase of Harihar Fort, steps carved almost vertically into the rock face with handholds cut beside them. Busy and slippery in the monsoon. Not for anyone afraid of heights.
