Trail description
A four-day crossing from the green Kullu side to the desert of Lahaul: from Sethan above Manali through the meadows of Chika and Balu ka Ghera to Hampta Pass at 4,270 m, then steeply down to Shea Goru and the Chandra valley at Chhatru. Most groups add a side trip to Chandratal. The river crossings are cold and fast in the morning.
