Trail description
A 4.3 km climb of about 880 m from Bhavnath at the foot of Girnar near Junagadh up the famous stone stairway of about 10,000 steps, past Jain temples and Hindu shrines, to the Ambaji temple on the summit. Pilgrims start before dawn to avoid the heat. A ropeway also runs to the Ambaji temple.
