Trail description
A short 0.8 km walk with about 25 m of climbing from the harbour of Húsavík up onto the Húsavíkurhöfði headland on Skjálfandi bay. The headland has coastal cliffs and birdlife, with puffins in summer, and wide views over the bay. The wooden church of Húsavík, built in 1907 and the town's best known landmark, stands near the start.
