Trail description
A short 0.4 km loop up and around the rim of Grabrok, a volcanic crater beside the Ring Road near Bifrost in west Iceland, with about 30 m of climbing on a wooden staircase and gravel path. The crater formed in a fissure eruption about 3,400 years ago and has been protected since 1962. From the rim you look over the Grabrokarhraun lava field and the Borgarfjordur valley.
