Trail description
A 2.4 km out-and-back of about 60 m from the parking above Szomolya down to the beehive rocks of the Bükk foothills. The soft volcanic tuff cones have niches carved into them, perhaps for beehives or offerings, and the meaning is still debated. Several more groups of these rocks stand in the valleys around Szomolya and Cserépváralja.
