Cuevas de Talgua Catacamas

Trail description

A short trail to the entrance of the Cuevas de Talgua, near Catacamas in Olancho, known as the cave of the luminous skulls. From the end of the access road, the path climbs up the hillside alongside the Talgua River to the mouth of the cavern, a unique archaeological site. Approximately 1 km round trip.
