Alderney Zig-Zag and Bonne Terre

Trail description

Walk 3 of Visit Alderney's self-guided walks leaves St Anne along the airport road and descends the Zig-Zag track over the Giffoine heath, with views of Burhou and Fort Clonque. It follows Clonque Bay, part of Alderney's Ramsar wetland, then climbs the Blue Bridge path and descends the Bonne Terre valley to the restored watermill before returning through Ladysmith past the German Water Tower. Some paths are steep and can be wet.
