La Soufriere Guadeloupe

Trail description

A climb up La Soufriere, the active volcano that crowns Guadeloupe, from the Bains Jaunes car park on the Pas du Roy and the Chemin des Dames. The walk ends on the summit plateau at the edge of the safety perimeter around the Tarissan and Dupuy craters, closed to the public by a prefectoral order of 14 January 2019 because of acid volcanic gases.
