Karava Summit from Agios Nikolaos (Agrafa)

Trail description

A climb to Karava, at 2,184 m the highest peak of the eastern Agrafa, from the church of Agios Nikolaos about 32 km from Mouzaki. The first stretch follows a dirt road, and at about 1,650 m a sign marks the path up past Loutsa to the summit. It is one of the easier ways onto a high Agrafa peak. The top looks out to Olympus, Kissavos, Tzoumerka and the southern Agrafa.
