Drakei to Megalo Seitani Beach (Samos)

Trail description

An official Samos route from Drakei, a remote village at the end of the road in the west of the island, down to Megalo Seitani, often called the loveliest beach on Samos. The path runs through a shady pine forest that reaches right down to the sea, and the bay can only be reached on foot. At the beach there is a tap with drinking water and cedar trees for shade. The route is 4.2 km and takes about 1.5 hours; it links with the coastal path to Mikro Seitani and Potami.
