Cave of Pan (Spilaio Panos) from Fyli

Trail description

A hike in western Parnitha from the town of Fyli to the Cave of Pan, an ancient place of worship of the god, well hidden and protected by nature. The trails around Fyli are well marked by the local mountaineering club EPOS Fylis, in red signs, with the final descent to the cave marked in blue. That last descent is very steep and secured with a metal rope. Parts of the national park were burned in the 2023 wildfires, so expect fallen trees and less shade in places.
