Trail description

A walk on Chios between the restored stone village of Avgonima and the dramatic ghost village of Anavatos. Anavatos rises like a fortress on a sheer rock, its abandoned grey houses stacked up the cliff. The route crosses open hillside with wide views to the western coast.
