Andros Chora to Korthi (Andros Route 3)

Trail description

Andros Route 3 starts at the southern edge of Chora and crosses successive ridges to Korthi, further south on the east coast. It climbs steeply to the ridge above Syneti, then descends to Dipotamata and its famous stone arched bridge. The longest climb follows to almost 500 m, where a side trail of about 900 m leads to the Castle of Faneromeni with panoramic views, before a long descent past Kochylou to Korthi. The main route is 9.9 km with about 465 m of ascent.
