A 2.9 km walk of about 150 m from St. Goarshausen along the Rhine on the Leinpfad and up to the Loreley rock, 132 m above the river at the narrowest point of the Middle Rhine. The first 0.5 km follows the town street; from the plateau the view takes in the Rhine bend, St. Goar and Burg Katz.
