Trail description
A 3.2 km hike from the Feldbergpass to the Herzogenhorn (1,416 m), after the Feldberg the second-highest mountain of the Black Forest, in the Feldberg nature reserve. From the tall summit cross the view on clear days spans the Alps from the Zugspitze to Mont Blanc and reaches west across the Rhine plain to the Vosges; the Krunkelbachhütte lies below the summit to the south-east.
