Trail description
A 1.7 km walk from Schierke up the Ottoweg to the Feuersteinklippe, the granite crag that is the landmark of Schierke in the Harz National Park, on the southern slope of the Erdbeerkopf. A plaque recalls the visit of Goethe and the painter Georg Melchior Kraus, and the local herbal liqueur Schierker Feuerstein is named after the rock.
