Alpsee Loop from Hohenschwangau

Trail description

A 7.6 km loop with about 200 m of climbing from Hohenschwangau round the Alpsee on the shore paths, below Hohenschwangau Castle and with Neuschwanstein in view. The path passes the Pindarplatz viewpoint and rocky coves of the clear mountain lake. The start in Hohenschwangau is busy with castle visitors.
