Trail description

The trail to Laila Glacier begins in the village of Tviberi near the Chkhumari community school and is marked with white and red rectangles, ascending to approximately 3100 m. Water can be collected in Tviberi, at the shepherd huts at 2200 m, and on the plateau near 2600 m, where there is a camping area. The return trip follows the same route; the hike takes 2-3 days, and continuing south across the glacier is suitable only for mountaineers.
