Trail description

A 7.4 km climb of about 840 m from the town of Le Mont-Dore up the Dordogne valley and the ridges of the Sancy massif to the Puy de Sancy at 1,885 m, the highest summit of the Massif Central. The last part, with wooden stairs, is shared with walkers from the cable car. The views take in the whole chain of the Puys.
