Trail description

A 5.3 km climb of about 460 m from the old salt town of Salins-les-Bains past its towers to the Croix du Poupet viewpoint, near the summit of Mont Poupet. At 851 m the mountain is the highest point of the outer Jura. It stands above Salins on the boundary of Saint-Thiébaud and Ivrey.
