Trail description
A 6.2 km climb of about 595 m from La Ferrière near Métabief past the CAS hut to the summit of the Mont d'Or, 1,463 m, above its cliffs. It is the highest point of the Doubs, about 20 km south of Pontarlier near the Swiss border. The mountain gave its name to a cheese.
