Trail description
A 3.1 km climb of about 510 m from La Danchère up the Lauvitel stream to the Lac du Lauvitel at about 1,500 m, above Le Bourg-d'Oisans. It is the largest lake in the Écrins massif, reached only on foot. The south end of the lake and its valley are an integral nature reserve.
