A walk from the village of Oberhaslach up the Hasel valley to the Cascade du Nideck, a waterfall in a volcanic rock gorge, just below the ruined Château du Nideck. About 11.3 km out and back with some 310 m of climbing; the first part follows the village streets and the valley road.
