Suchitoto is a colonial town on the shores of Lake Suchitlan in Cuscatlan. The trail to the viewpoint winds through cobblestone streets and hillsides, offering views of the reservoir and its islands. The lake, a Ramsar site, is a refuge for thousands of migratory birds.
