Vilcabamba Sendero del Río Yambala

Trail description

A trail that climbs the Yambala River valley from Yamburara Alto, east of Vilcabamba, towards the southern mountains. The path passes through Los Estoraques and follows the river through forests and pastures beyond the Yamballa hamlet, heading towards the foothills of Podocarpus. It is a peaceful hike in the famous valley of longevity.
