Cajas Sendero Laguna Larga

Trail description

Starts at the Ruta 4 trailhead beside the Cuenca to Molleturo road at Tres Cruces, one of the highest points of Cajas National Park on the divide between waters flowing to the Amazon and to the Pacific. The path descends south across open páramo and then follows the north shore of Laguna Larga to its western end, on the route toward Luspa. About 3.1 km one way, mostly downhill.
