A hilly forest loop through Addit Skov above Salten Langsø in central Jutland, with a forest track down to the lake shore. Beech slopes, the Skrumstrup Mose bog and quiet woodland tracks fill the loop. The forest is part of the wild lake district south of Silkeborg.
