Braulio Carrillo Quebrada González

Trail description

This 3.1 km loop combines the El Ceibo and Las Palmas trails at the Quebrada González ranger station on Route 32, about 42 km from San José at roughly 500 m elevation. The trails cross dense, very humid evergreen rainforest with interpretive stations and lookouts, and the sector also has a viewpoint over the Río Sucio. SINAC lists Las Palmas at 1.5 km and El Ceibo at 1 km; tickets must be bought online.
