Trail description

Climb from the western edge of Facatativá, Cundinamarca, up rural tracks and the antenna road to the summit of Cerro Manjuy, at about 3,200 m in the Eastern Cordillera between Facatativá, Zipacón, Anolaima and Albán. The route rises through farmland and patches of high Andean cloud forest to the antennas on the top, with wide views over the Sabana de Bogotá. It is a demanding hike because of the altitude and steady climb; the full round trip from town is around 16 km.
