Trail description

An extension of the Cocora Valley that climbs through cloud forest up to the Acaime reserve, a hummingbird sanctuary. From Cocora, the trail crosses several suspension bridges over the Quindío River amidst wax palms. At Acaime, enjoy hot chocolate while dozens of hummingbirds flutter around. About 8.6 km of ascent.
