Tianmen Cave 999 Steps

Trail description

The stairway of 999 steps from the end of the switchback road on Tianmen Mountain up to Tianmen Cave, a natural arch about 130 m high that pierces the mountain. It is short but very steep and crowded at weekends. The road up is served only by the park's shuttle buses.
