Emei Qingyin Pavilion to Hongchunping

Trail description

A 2.9 km climb of about 350 m on the old stone path of Emeishan from the Qingyin Pavilion, where two streams meet below the twin bridges, up the gorge of the Black Dragon stream to the monastery of Hongchunping, hidden in forest at about 1,100 m. Monkeys gather along the path, so keep food out of sight. The Emeishan scenic area charges an entrance fee.
