Trail description
A 1.7 km walk with about 50 m of climbing into the Valle del Encanto, a ravine of the Punitaqui stream south of the Limarí River, about 20 km west of Ovalle. The valley holds petroglyphs and pictographs of the Molle culture, from about 500 BC to AD 700, as well as traces of hunter groups from around 2000 BC. It was discovered in 1946 and declared a national archaeological monument in 1973.
