Trail description
A short 1 km walk with about 70 m of climbing from the Ruta Q-45 at Chacay to the Salto Las Chilcas, in Laguna del Laja National Park near Antuco. The falls are one of the two sources of the Laja River, the other being the Salto El Torbellino, and a section of the Sendero de Chile passes Chacay and Las Chilcas. The park's main sights are the Antuco volcano, the Sierra Velluda and the Laguna del Laja, which gives the park its name but only borders it.
