Trail description
The walk starts at the Playa Punta de Lobos car park and follows the clifftop paths west to Punta de Lobos and its Mirador a Morros, then heads south along the cliffs to the Playa La Pancora viewpoint. The point, about 6 km south of Pichilemu, takes its name from the sea lions that frequent its rocks, and its left-hand point break hosts big-wave contests. Save The Waves approved Punta de Lobos as the 7th World Surfing Reserve in 2013 and dedicated it in November 2017, after the land at the tip of the point passed to the Fundación Punta de Lobos. The walk is about 2.0 km one way and nearly level.
