Trail description
A walk around the Spanish colonial fort on Isla Mancera at the mouth of the Valdivia river, reached by boat from Corral or Niebla. From the pier, forest paths lead to the ramparts of the Castillo de San Pedro de Alcántara, the island chapel and the small hamlet, with views over the bay of Corral and its ring of seventeenth century forts. A loop of about 1.7 km.
