Trail description
From the Battery, the old fishing village at the mouth of St. John's harbour, the North Head Trail follows a narrow path cut into the cliffs above the Narrows, with chains to hold in places, and climbs to Cabot Tower on Signal Hill. Whales and icebergs are sometimes seen from the top in early summer.
