Mont Royal Summit

Trail description

A 1.8 km climb of about 120 m from downtown Montreal past the McTavish monument into Mount Royal Park, up the Grand Escalier and the escarpment path to about 209 m, some 150 m from the Mount Royal cross. Mount Royal, immediately west of downtown, gave the city its name. It is one of the Monteregian Hills, and its main peak, the Colline de la Croix, is 233 m high.
