Trail description

One of the most popular trails in Tombstone Territorial Park, starting from the signed parking area at kilometre 58.5 of the Dempster Highway, winding through forest beside Cairnes Creek and climbing into the sub-alpine to a ridge viewpoint toward Mount Monolith at the end of Grizzly Valley. Yukonhiking.ca lists it as a moderate 5 km return of 2 to 3 hours with 423 m of gain; continuing to Grizzly Lake is an overnight trip that needs a permit.
