Trail description

From the end of Franey Road in Ingonish, in Cape Breton Highlands National Park, the Franey Trail climbs steeply through forest to the lookout on the open top of Franey Mountain, about 400 m above the sea, with views down the Clyburn Brook canyon to Ingonish Bay, and comes back down the fire road. A national park pass is needed.
