Trail description

In the Itacolomi State Park, located between Ouro Preto and Mariana, the trail climbs to the peak that once served as a landmark for the bandeirantes. The path crosses rocky fields and quartzite outcrops until reaching the base of the rock tower. From the top, you can see the historic buildings of Ouro Preto and the mountains of Minas.
