Trail description
In São Bento do Sapucaí, Pedra do Bau is an imposing granite monolith in the Mantiqueira Mountains. The trail climbs through the forest to the base of the rock, where stairs and chains assist in the final ascent to the summit. From the top, a sea of mountains unfolds, along with the neighboring Bauzinho and Ana Chata peaks.
