Trail description
In the lower part of Itatiaia, the trail leads to Lago Azul, a calm stretch of water on the Campo Belo river. The path crosses preserved Atlantic Forest until it reaches the swimming hole. It is a peaceful retreat surrounded by forest and rich birdlife.
