Trail description

Stage BH-W-09 of the Via Dinarica White Trail, from Lukomir across the Visočica mountain to the hamlet of Ljuta below Treskavica. It passes the hamlet of Tušila and the Vrela mountain hut, then crosses the Visočica summit (1,736 m) and descends to Ljuta. About 28 km in a long day, with village roads at both ends. Mine-suspected areas from the 1990s war remain in parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina: stay on the marked path.
