Cerro Calvario Copacabana

Trail description

The ascent to Cerro Calvario above Copacabana is marked by stations of the Via Crucis. From the lakeshore, the path crosses the town and climbs via a cobbled trail and stairways to the summit, which offers views over the bay and the blue waters of Lake Titicaca. A short walk of about 1.5 km, very popular at sunset.
