Trail description

A walk through Buggenhout Bos, an ancient beech and oak forest between the Scheldt and Dender rivers. Twisting old trees and spring flowers fill this quiet remnant of the great Kolenwoud. Easy sandy paths make a gentle woodland loop of about 3.2 km from the car park, with one short stretch on the lane through the wood.
