Barrage de la Vesdre Eupen

Trail description

A 5.9 km loop with 49 m of climb from the Wesertalsperre visitor centre beside the Vesdre (Weser) dam at Eupen. It runs out through the forest on tracks and service roads, reaching about 394 m, and comes back along the shore of the reservoir to the dam. The lake supplies drinking water to Eupen, the Pays de Herve and the Liège area; the visitor centre has a terrace over the water, a playground and an educational forest trail.
