Trail description

A 3.7 km climb of about 1,000 m from the Sandten car park above Maria Alm to the Riemannhaus at 2,177 m, on the edge of the Steinernes Meer plateau. The upper path to the Ramseider Scharte is steep and rocky and is marked as demanding in OSM. Several steep sections of the path have fixed ropes.
